The NBTC website is developed jointly by NBTC, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, CDC-QMS-BB a project implemented by Christian Medical Association of India (CMAI) and funded by Centres for Disease Control (CDC). The objective of this website is to provide and create comprehensive and knowledge resource base on Blood Transfusion Services for all policy makers, State Blood Transfusion Councils, State AIDS Control Societies, blood banks and general population. In order to do so, this Website has been created to provide information to the above stakeholders at large through the internet.
